Executive Coach & Advisor to Senior Leaders

I'm an executive coach and leadership advisor. I work with senior leaders on the things that move the needle: how they show up, how they lead their teams, and how they position themselves for what comes next.

I spent nearly 25 years at Edward Jones, a Fortune 500 private partnership with more than 50,000 associates. I led teams of 300+ people, managed multiple General Partners, and served on the Operating Committee making firm-wide decisions that touched billions of dollars and millions of clients. I know what it feels like to be accountable at that level.

I retired at 45 years old. Not because I had to. Because I reached a point where I could choose what came next, and this is what I chose.

I was adopted as a baby into a family that gave me an extraordinary life, and I have spent my life trying to repay that gift. I volunteer, I invest in people, I show up for my community, and I pour myself into this work because connection, learning, and making a difference are my values, not just words I put on a website. I help my clients find their own purpose and values too, and build the next chapter of their leadership around that foundation. That is what grounds this work for me and what makes it different from someone who simply studied leadership.

What working with me looks like

My clients are senior leaders and executive teams across the United States and internationally, in financial services, biotech, technology, non-profits, and asset management. We work virtually, which means geography has never been a barrier.

The work is practical. We use what is actually happening in your role right now as the raw material. Decisions you are facing. Relationships that are stuck. A team that is not performing. A new role you are trying to get off to a strong start in.

Some of what clients have walked away with

Job offers and strong interview performance after targeted positioning work. A stronger voice in the room and more effective presentations to senior leadership. A fast start in a new role, with a clear read on the culture, the unwritten rules, and where the real influence lives. A team with open communication, clear expectations, and a leader who knows how to assess and develop people. Stakeholder influence built on authenticity, not performance. A legacy exit that people will remember for the right reasons.
